- Why are your prices so low?

- What type of Payments does Devumi accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express (Both Credit and Bank cards) directly on our secure and encypted checkout page. We also accept a few other payment providers, including 2Checkout (which accepts PayPal) and Amazon Payments (coming soon).
In order to fully accommodate all of our customers, we also accept offline payment methods such as checks, money orders and cash, for US Customers only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any offline payments from Non-USA customers.
- How does your Money Back Guarantee work?
Most of our services include a 100% Money Back Guarantee, which means if we don’t deliver, we will provide a full refund. There are some exceptions to this, so please read our terms of service. However, if you feel we have not kept our promise in delivering your order, you may request a full or partial refund here.
- Are these service discreet and anonymous? Is my privacy assured?

- What does each Order Status mean?
Once you place an order, you may notice your order will have a particular status that will change. These are a list of our Order Statuses and what they mean:
Pending – We have received your order, but we have not received your payment.
Processing – We have received your order and it’s awaiting review from our Staff. If our team is out (nights), it may take up to 12 hours for this to change.
In Progress – We have reviewed your information and everything checked out. Your information has been sent to our Marketing Team to work on your order.
On Hold – We reviewed your order and have found something wrong. You will receive an email from us with further instructions.
Complete – We have completed your order. Congratulations!
Failed – We were unable to complete your order due to a violation of our Terms of Service or due to a failed payment. Feel free to contact us if you think there was a mistake.
Refunded – We started/completed your order, but provided a refund due to either an Official Refund Request, Fraud, or other reason.
Canceled – Your order was cancelled, with no refund issued. Either by request or a violation of our Terms of Service.

- Once I place my order, will I see results right away?
We want to ensure your order is worked on properly and there aren’t any mistakes, so our team will manually review and verify your order within 24 hours. As such, orders usually begin within 24 to 48 hours after being placed.
Sponsored Mentions (optional) are performed by partnered Tweeters after the completion of our Twitter Follower service. Sponsored mentions may take a few days or up to a week to start, depending on current demand for the service.

Our Likes and Comments are added manually by our dedicated and knowledgeable YouTube team. This ensures that Likes and Comments will be positive, as well as that comments will be related to your video and encouraging of discussion.
- Are YouTube Views from Real People?
Yes. Every view that you receive from our service is from a real person. We promote your video on either high-traffic websites or Social Media to deliver real views, from real people.
Our services are completely compliant with YouTube’s Terms and Conditions.
- Are YouTube Subscribers Real?
We deliver both active and inactive YouTube Subscribers. Some of your Subscribers may watch your videos every time you upload a new one, but most subscribers we deliver will not. The purpose of “inactive subscribers” is to convince other YouTube users to, in essence, jump into the bandwagon. - Can my YouTube Video get removed?
Very Unlikely. We acquire real views from a large network of partnered websites that display your video to their visitors, so our YouTube Views services does not violate any of YouTube’s Terms and Conditions. Nonetheless, it is possible that your video may be removed, either due to it’s content (if it violates YouTube’s TOS) or at YouTube’s own discretion.
- I’m a victim of Fraud! How can I get my money back?
Contact Us immediately! Provide us with as much information as you know, including but not limited to the following:
- Card Holders Full Name
- Billing Address
- Type of Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- Date of Transaction
- Amount ($) of Transaction
We can work with you directly to get your money back, which saves you the hassle of calling your credit card company. However, we do recommend you cancel your credit card immediately if you suspect your card has been used fraudulently.
- My order was cancelled and I do not know why?
If your order was cancelled after your order went through, it is most likely due to one of two reasons.
1. We are unable to complete your order, or unable to complete your order in regards to any special instructions. Our support team will usually send you an email explaining the situation.
2. We suspect your order of being fraudulent. In which case, our team will cancel your order immediately, within any prior notice.
In both cases, we issue a full refund the moment the order is cancelled.
- Anti-Fraud Verification / Send ID – What does this mean?
If your order is detected by our systems as suspicious, you will need to verify your identity by alternative means. This is to ensure the safety of our customers, and prevent fraud.
What does this mean?
If your order is found to be suspicious, or you fail the telephone verification, we will ask you to send us a picture or scanned image of a document that shows your Name and Address. The name and address on your identity documents should match the billing details on your order.
What must I do?
1. Confirm in your reply to our Anti-fraud email that your order is valid and authorized and that you will not dispute it.
2. Send a scanned image or photograph of a document (Driver’s License, Utility Bill, etc) that has your name, Zip Code/Postcode and phone number printed on it. Please also write ‘Devumi’ or today’s date on a piece of paper with it. This is to prove that the photo is real.
Letters with your address on it will NOT count as proof of ID. You must send a valid form of identification.
We take the privacy of our customers very seriously. You are more than welcome to blank personal information from the photograph. It’s just the name and address that we need to match up with your order.
What can you remove from the Identification:

You are more than welcome to cover your picture, ID number and any private information as we only need to see your name and address.
Where should I send this information?
The image should be clear and readable. You are to use the highest resolution available on your camera or scanner. (Maximum 3 MB). Send it as an attachment, in reply to our Anti-Fraud email that we sent you for fastest processing.
Why does the Devumi staff ask for this information ?
In order to prevent fraudulent purchases.
What kind of frauds can occur?
Sometimes, hackers use stolen credit cards or paypal accounts. Since this is virtual money, the only way to use this money is spending it on an online store.
If we approve an order from a hacker, the real owner of the credit card or paypal account will detect a fraud payment from his credit card or paypal account. We then send all of the data to Paypal and the police. We are quite proud of the fact that in most cases, fraudulent payments made to Devumi have resulted in a police arrest.
Will i need to do this every time I make a purchase ?
No, this is one-time-only verification and after an ID verification you will be a Devumi verified user which means that any order placed will be automatically approved.
Is it SAFE to send a picture or scan of my ID ?
YES, remember we ask you to cover your private ID number, picture and any other private info since we only need to see your name on the identification so you don’t have nothing to worry about. You already provided us with your name and billing address when you purchased from us!
If I don’t want to send this information, can i cancel my order ?
Yes just contact our support and we will refund the order, please take note that a fee will apply for cancelled orders.
