How does your Money Back Guarantee work?

Most of our services include a 100% Money Back Guarantee, which means if we don’t deliver, we will provide a full refund. There are some exceptions to this, so please read our terms of service. However, if you feel we have not kept our promise in delivering your order, you may request a full or partial refund here.

What does each Order Status mean?

Once you place an order, you may notice your order will have a particular status that will change. These are a list of our Order Statuses and what they mean:

Pending – We have received your order, but we have not received your payment.
Processing – We have received your order and it’s awaiting review from our Staff. If our team is out (nights), it may take up to 12 hours for this to change.
In Progress – We have reviewed your information and everything checked out. Your information has been sent to our Marketing Team to work on your order.
On Hold – We reviewed your order and have found something wrong. You will receive an email from us with further instructions.
Complete – We have completed your order. Congratulations!
Failed – We were unable to complete your order due to a violation of our Terms of Service. (eg. You make have made your account private, blocked or removed followers, deleted your account, etc.) Feel free to contact us if you think there was a mistake.
Refunded – We started/completed your order, but provided a refund due to either an Official Refund Request, Fraud, or other reason.
Canceled – We did not start to the order. Either you (the customer) canceled the order, or our team canceled the order. In this case, you either received a full refunded or were provided In-Store Credit.

Does Sponsored Mentions Guarantee Results?

Our Sponsored Mentions Service guarantees the exposure you receive, but nothing else. If you tweet well, have a very well designed account and already have a large following (which we provide with our Twitter Service), then you could see hundreds or even thousands of followers. Can I order Twitter Followers more then once?

The “Completed with” time is only an estimate and not a time limit, so you cannot claim your money back if we miss the estimated completion time by a couple of hours or days – You can claim your Money Back after 5+ Business Days of the estimated completion time.
